Liberdade à Mesa [Liberty at the Table] is a route of restaurants between Coimbra's Upper and Lower Town, offering dishes based on the concepts of Liberty and Creativity. The dishes should be creative, elaborate, made with quality products and aesthetically appealing. This route will be presented on a map that will take people around and discover different areas of Coimbra and other proposals during the Biennial, from 6 April to 30 June. Along with the dish served, there will be a brief explanation of it and how it fits into the concept of freedom.
